- SHIPPING
1.1. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
1.2. You must indicate the exact place of delivery of the Goods.
1.3. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed and the
payment has been received. Goods are delivered by Omniva, Lietuvos Paštas, DPD or other
vendor chosen by the Seller, using post machines/courier services.
1.4. In Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, goods are delivered within 1-3 working days. When sending to
other EU countries, also to Norway, Switzerland, delivery time differs from 2 to 14 working days.
When sending to non-EU countries delivery time may take up to 25 working days. For your
convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery
option, on the order confirmation page, on the order details page, and on the order
confirmation email.
1.5. To track your order, visit the Account Information area or click on the tracking number indicated
in the email.
1.6. Title to the products in your order is transferred to you when your credit card is charged, and
your products are shipped. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available
here. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred to you from the Seller
when your order is delivered to you.
1.7. The Seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of Goods if the
goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer
or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
1.8. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller and provide photos if ordered Goods are received
in a damaged package, or Buyer received unordered or incomplete goods or incorrect quantity
of Goods.
1.9. If Goods are returned to the Seller due to incorrectly specified or inaccurate delivery address, or
if Goods are returned to the Seller without removing it from the post machines within the
maximum storage period, the Buyer must pay the Seller re-dispatch costs.
